The First Picks Management team brings together an experienced business management team with strong foodservice and hospitality qualifications.

Keyshawn Johnson, NFL Super Bowl Champion, has teamed up with the Mah family, an award-winning restaurant and bar operator (http://www.ched.ca/), to develop and operate promising concepts with accelerated expansion plans. Since 1980, the Mah family and Keyshawn Johnson have owned and operated restaurants and bars in California, Massachusetts, Florida, Texas, Quebec and Ontario. Its current operations include Cold Stone Creamery stores (http://www.coldstonecreamery.com/) in the north Dallas, TX metroplex area; and under CHED's ownership, operations include Le Piment Rouge (http://www.pimentrouge.ca/) and Diablo Rojo (http://www.diablorojo.ca/) in Montreal, Canada.

Members of the First Picks management team and their operations have earned Foodservice and Hospitality's Pinnacle Award, the Mobil Four Star Award, the American Automobile Association Four Diamond Prize, Wine Spectator's Award of Excellence, and a number of other regional and local awards.

Brings experience from overseeing financial operations for eleven subsidiaries of EF Education, the largest private education company in the world, with over 400 offices in 65 countries. Hazel Mah, Management Advisor
Award-winning restaurateur and Chief Executive Officer of CHED Concept Restaurants (http://www.ched.ca/) based in Montreal, Canada. Founded her award-winning company in 1980 and has since owned and operated over a dozen independent restaurants in Canada and the United States. Prior pharmaceutical industry experience as Executive Vice President, Finance and General Manager for the Analytab Products Division of Wyeth, a Fortune 50 multinational conglomerate. Member of the Board of Governors, Concordia University; Director, Montreal Association for the Blind. Canadian Foodservice Association's Exceptional Achievement Award; Montreal Board of Trade's Femme à l'Honneur Award; YWCA Woman of Distinction Award for Entrepreneurship. Oversees operational service and quality standards of CHED Concept Restaurants (http://www.ched.ca/) as well as manages design, engineering and architecture related to storefront planning and construction. Joined wife Hazel at CHED Concept Restaurants in 1985 after a twenty-year career as an engineer at Canadian Marconi Company. BSc, Engineering Physics, University of Saskatchewan.
