In the foodservice industry, the Mah family and Keyshawn Johnson have owned and operated restaurants, hotel and casino foodservice, corporate catering and bar businesses since 1980 in the United States and Canada. Its current operations include Panera Bread bakery-cafés (www.panera.com ) in Southern and Central Coast California, and franchise rights for Cold Stone Creamery (www.coldstone.com ) in Texas. Under CHED's ownership, operations include the highly acclaimed Restaurant Le Piment Rouge (www.pimentrouge.ca ) in Montreal, Canada as well as the Montreal Casino's Asian luxury foodservice account.
