Todd Folger, one of the top retail professionals in the metropolitan area, joined CBRE Inc.'s ("CBRE") Retail Services Group as a First Vice President in November 2011. Todd came to CBRE from SRS Real Estate Partners, formerly The Staubach Company, where he had worked since 1999. During that time, he gained considerable experience in tenant representation, acquisition, development, strategic planning and disposition.

Todd is widely regarded as one of the leading tenant representation experts in the retail industry, and continues to focus his attention on the expansion plans of well-known retailers looking to enter Arizona and the southwest United States. Among various recognized companies, he has had the pleasure of working with Chevron, Brinker International, Panera Bread, Ross Dress for Less, DSW, Wachovia/Wells Fargo and Ann Taylor.

Mr. Folger has 13 years of retail real estate experience including site selection, strategic planning and retail development for several of the nation's leading retailers. Additionally, he has worked with major automotive manufacturers, dealer groups and individual dealers.

Prior pharmaceutical industry experience as Executive Vice President, Finance and General Manager for the Analytab Products Division of Wyeth, a Fortune 50 multinational conglomerate. Member of the Board of Governors, Concordia University; Director, Montreal Association for the Blind. Canadian Foodservice Association's Exceptional Achievement Award; Montreal Board of Trade's Femme à l'Honneur Award; YWCA Woman of Distinction Award for Entrepreneurship. Ash Narayan is the managing director of the Newport Beach office of RGT Capital Management.  Prior to joining the firm in 1997 and opening the California office, he was associated with the financial planning department and managed the sports advisory division of a "Big Five" consulting firm.  Mr. Narayan brings over 18 years of tax, financial planning and investment management experience to RGT.  Mr. Narayan has substantial experience in providing strategies in personal finance planning, business consulting and asset management. He has been noted as an expert on personal financial planning, investment management and sports/law business issues.  In addition, he is a frequent speaker at various group meetings, has published numerous articles and has been quoted in many major publications.  Mr. Narayan is involved in several professional and charitable organizations.  He serves on the Board of Directors of the Newport Beach Little League, served as a member of the Orange County and Los Angeles Bar Associations, C.P.A. societies and the Institute of Certified Financial Planners.  In addition, he is an officer and director of the Sports Lawyers Association and the Sports Financial Advisors Association.

Mr. Narayan is an attorney, a Certified Public Accountant, and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM professional.  Mr. Narayan received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Valparaiso University and a Doctor of Juriprudence degree from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles where he worked an an editor of the Law Review.
